Question on DSM/AT builds

Hello,

With the restrictions lifted, can anyone assist with a Monk/Wizard or swash/wwiz quarterstaff gish? Id like to use Sudden Willow Strike, if feasible. Would prefer unarmored with as high AC as possible

Maybe 7 Monk, Wiz 5, EK 10, Archmage 8. Im not sure what other creative combination is possible.

Any assistance?

For sudden willow strike to stun, you need very high wisdom.
A cleric would be a better choice for a monk combo. Or a spiritshaman/monk.

The concept has innate difficulties, even without Willow Strike. QS is not a finessable weapon, so you need to boost Int, Dex & Str at the very least. This is almost certainly why Monk is a non-starter for BGTSCC, despite the obvious benefits. Can't see that Swash would be any use at all.

Duellist would gain you AC, although it's not much use elsewise. Spear could work.

Change to Armored or change weapon would me my advice.

Okay, seems I got a bit ahead of myself. Can anyone recommend the standard for an unarmored gish?

You could try something like SB6/W10/EK10/AM4 which would have CL29 / BAB 23. Grab Combat Insight for bonus INT damage on top of SB. Another option might be to go. you could also go W11/IB5/EK10/AM4 for 5 bonus AC from INT if you want to go TWF with kukri's or daggers, though this would appear rather feat starved. Duelist may be less feat intensive for something like W10/EK10/Duelist6/AM4 for the same CL/BAB as the SB build. Could also get CL30 / BAB 22 by moving to SB or Duelist 5 and adding a Wizard level. SB has the benefit of being a base class so doesn't cost valuable feats, but only works if you are human or a race with Wizard as the favored class. Duelist or IB as a PRC has no restriction, but both cost quite a few feats.

Monk6 Wiz8 Ek10 AM6 cl30 bab21

Str14(22-24) Dex14(18-20) Con10(14) Int16(19) wis14(18) cha10
Go 5-7 strength increases.
Transmuter specialisation if you want.

Stick fighter with flurry, evasion, deflect arrow, improved knockdown.
Combat expertise, Improved Combat Expertise, Extend spell, Practised spellcaster, 3xspellpower feat from AM.

Extended Haste and Tenser's ftw.

I am wondering how the play style of a Wizard/Daggerspell Mage/Arcane Trickster/Rogue is? It's intriguing due to the ton of skill points it gets. But I am unclear on whether it's a Gish that goes into combat with daggers, a Range Touch Attack specialist that (somehow?) lands sneak attacks with it's spells and sneak attack dice?

How does this thing survive?

Buff up, do a summoning or bring a fodder friend, haste and tenser then feint the crap out of your opponents as needed.

Feel free to make use of the RTA SA if you want.

Oh I see...so it can stand toe-to-toe in combat, just needs to feint.

For the charisma bonus to Bluff. Thanks for the tip!

Very few mobs escapes 33 ranks of bluff + cha modifier + gear + buffs even on a INT based wizard. Why waste a metamagic feat for sorcerer?
