Strength cap of 33?

Is strength capped at 33 for characters ? I've just RCR my barbarian and with +3STR item my str is 24. With Epic Rage it should go up to 34 but instead goes up to 33. Any ideas anyone ?

No, the STR is not capped at 33 but the bonuses to any ability are capped at +12

It is some kind of a bug in that case. Because when i remove my +3STR item the epic rage gives me +10STR which makes it up to 31. But then i equip my +3STR item and it goes up to 33 instead of 34...

Yes it's a known limitation of nwn2.
By bonuses I meant both STR bonuses coming from items and the bonuses coming from rage. In theory you should get 21 (base STR) + 3 (STR item) + 10 (epic rage bonus) = 34 but since 10+3 = 13 you're beyond the cap.. so it's cut down and drops to +12 STR, so you have 33 str.

Oh i see now.... Well that's a bummer... i was soo hoping for a +12 modifier with epic rage but... alas... all hope is now lost!!!
