Greece ... such cheaters, with perfect weather in November. So calm and peaceful.

I was in Athens so I had to do a mandatory visit to the Acropolis (and take mandatory bad pictures) :

However the real goal was that :

This is the end of the marathon from Marathon to Athens, the Panathenaic Stadium at the foot of the Acropolis.

I ran it last Sunday and it was a terrific experience : terrific run with a long long hill from the 18th to the 31th km. Terrific public encouraging you all along the 42 kilometers : people shouting "Bravo, bravo", rows of kids high-fiving you and giving olive branches (a symbol of victory). People shouting "ligo ligo" (meaning "little little") when you're slowly progressing towards the arrival ... and then you're in the stadium, running the last meters in Kallimarmaro, beautful marble.

I never ran a marathon before and I suffered for the last 10 kilometers but it only made this sweeter :

I'm not about to forget it, this was fantastic. And to all runners out in this community, if you have the opportunity to do it one day, go for it :D
