new epic UD areas ok ... but what about Quests?

Hi,
i read on this thread (viewtopic.php?f=443&t=55212) a suggestion for adding more Epic areas on UD and i'm totally agree with that but i want to remind all that in UD there is a far more important problem to solve before just new grinding areas .....
Quests.
UDers can get every reset just around 5500exp we have less quest than surfacers and some of them are currently suspended ( the necromancer one for example )
we have ( i don't remember the exact exp for every quest)
kobold slaves (around 800exp)
mushrooms gathering (around 1200exp - maybe less)
ore gathering (around 150exp)
weapons gathering (around 150exp)
the gnome's plate quest (around 500exp)
the angry wizard's egg quest (around 2000exp)
the stolen idol quest (around 1000exp)
the necromancer quest (suspended) (around 1000exp)
what also hurts much is that when you are epic or nearly epic there is no challenge for example in kobold quest and you are forced to run through a newbie area and possibly ruin the gamplay of others .... it would be better for example if the guard changes the bounty hunt accordingly with the char level span to creatures ( that already are in place) like troglodites or oozes or duregars or imps for that quest and rewards you accordingly to the creatures you have to hunt .
the idol quest should be more difficult ( more creatures to kill more chests double or more exp) and give more rewards than the mushroom one ( this one should be lowered for example and should give the same exp as the gnome plate ( they are basically the same quest ... so ... )
AND
UD need really really really really need more quest some in epic level span but even in "nearly epic " span so at least you are not force to grind as mad man oozes ( for example ) that give you nothing beside exp form level 17 to 20 ( yes this is the fast way to cover that gap for example but KILLS rp )
