Custom Feats and Recommendations

I have read what I could find here on the forums and attempted to do the same on the Wiki (as an aside, it was nearly impossible to use the wiki from my phone and very difficult to view on my work browser) related to the custom feats.
It looks like there may be some issues with some of them? Is there a master list of bugs with these feats anywhere?
Flensing Strike - Does it work as advertised? Is there a timer? Does it stack with itself?
Deadly Defense - Does this one work as advertised? (on Wiki)
Turmish Flourish - Does this one work as advertised? (on Wiki)
Sembian Fencing - Are the bonus tumble skill points considered for use in, say, the Turmish Flourish or Chiontar Seagull tumble check? Does the DEX bonus stack with any other DEX bonuses (items, spells) or is it treated like other DEX bonuses and only take the highest?
Lunge - Does this one work as advertised? (on Wiki)
Combat Focus (and Vigor, Awareness, Strike) - Do these require Monk levels? I don't see that on the Wiki but am sure someone said that here on the forums.
Staggering Strike - Does this one work? What is the 'Staggered' effect?
