Tcho's HD UI Panels

Anyone here use Tcho's HD UI patch?
I've got a 4K monitor, which means the default text size in NWN2 is microscopic when I run at max resolution. As a temporary workaround I've set the game to run at 1920x1080, but this is only useful when I'm running in Full Screen mode. Switching to Windowed mode means that the game no longer fills my entire display, and I'm back to unreadably small text again.
Tcho's is a UI patch/override which works WONDERS in the single-player campaign. The only problem is that on other PWs (Dalelands, UT) I've played on, a number of functions (KEMO Auction, PC Tools, etc.) break the patch. Either the text is enlarged but not the menus, and some text disappears (this is especially a problem in PC Tools, particularly for Skill/Ability checks), or the patch just plain doesn't work and everything remains tiny.
I'd like to be able to switch back to using Windowed mode so I can better make use of the Client Extension, but that's not going to be possible unless I can figure out the resolution issue.
