The Hunting Club OOC Discussion

Any questions, thoughts, ideas, feel free to post.

The hunts are meant for RP, so scouts can scout, botanists can collect samples, mages can act all superior whilst others do the bulk of the work :P.

If you have any backstory, current IG needs or other stuff feel free to request a hunt based around it, for any level range / day / timezone. My main Barbaccas doesn't have to lead the hunt or even be there if its out of my gaming hours, I'll just update the post with the details for you.

With 10 schools of magic there are plenty of objectives we as players can conjure, to go hunting in the dark.

Ok, now I've caught up a bit time to test the next idea for a hunt. This hunt though will need a bit more planning and feedback.

The Hunt: A competition using the IG goblin slave hunter quest. I will put up a prize for which any lowbies can enter to win (Up to and including lvl 10). Higher levels can bet on the 'runners' via a pool betting system. Whilst the lowbies run off to complete the quest, the highbies RP in the passage whilst we wait to see who wins (Hands in the completed quest first).

Depending on number of runners I may put up a prize for 1st/2nd/3rd.

The level of the runners doesn't really matter (Though lvls 1-3 may be at a little more risk), the winner will likely be whoever gets the lucky spawns nearby, and lands the last kill shot on a spawn. Has to be lower than 11 though, so you show as a 1 pip PC on scry.

I will have to leave enough time for runners to not take the IG quest a week before the event, so they can be seen taking the quest on event night, with the rest of the runners, at the same time.

Afterwards we can RP back at Gloura's, or split off into groups to go hunting in the tunnels.
