A man in a black mask that goes by the name Velkin has left notice with Mudd's shop.
Mudd, please notify your patrons that I seek a Scimitar of higher worth than these rusty blades I carry. Basic magic properties are fine, with a little extra is better. Nothing spoken of only in legends, just a minor upgrade.
