Hi Guys I am wanting to build a effective dex based dual wielder.

I have made the following build but its a bit underwhelming.

I may try and make another one being ranger based.

Any suggestions?

I saw your build has Toughness, but not Steadfast Determination? And the INT is low for an Assassin (but 24 DC isn't so bad). Just realize that Assassin spellbook is dispelled waaaaaaaay too easily these days (it is almost ineffective against any casting mobs w/ dispel in their arsenal). That means all Bosses.

Probably biggest issue in your build is that low H/MS skills. You'll be an ineffective Assassin if every mob can see your PC!!!
