Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

The door says Bridgefort (CR 7) but its only two small rooms, one which has a chair and nothing else. The interior is set on a very large map but this is all there is.

Is it meant to be, or are there rooms that haven't been connected?
