Meteor Swarm

Meteor Swarm casted on a creature counts as RTA, yet no bonuses from RTA are applied, namely, no sneak attacks from AT class nor daggercast from DSM.

Can't find anything on forum about Guttural Invocations but are they removed or what?

At first glance and guess it is because Meteor swarm is an AOE (Area of Effect) spell and thusly sneak attack if I am understanding it correctly can only apply to one single enemy on the attack. So meteor swarm even though it be a RTA can not apply to Arcane Trickster Sneak attack damages. You are going to want to use Orbs instead. They do apply to AT builds. As well as any single target RTA spells. Ice darts, flame arrow, polar ray and there are feats tied to spells that give you RTA spell attacks that are infinite long as you have certain spells in your book still and have not expended them.

There were quite a few new spells added recently as well and since I have not used a arcanist extensively maybe a few others can chime in and give some other spells that are RTA for AT builds?

It probably only checks for spells who are RTAs only, as for guttural invocation it was never added.

Is it going to be changed? It's still an RTA cast and what about Guttural Invocations? Is there any reason why it wasn't added?

Too powerful if i remember correctly, and for the meteor swarm don't hold your breath, there are tons of more important things to do before (such as bigby spells ;) ).
