Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

I noticed today that if I use the VoiceEntry to speak another language, when I click back into the normal Chat window and type something, it still gets translated through VoiceEntry. At least, the first time clicking over to Chat—a second attempt has the normal or Common language.

Is this the new new way it works?

It's been like that for as long as I remember. And it's great. It allows more text to be spoken in languages that way. The only inconvenience is when you want to switch from X language to "common", you are required to close the language window

Yeah, I just picked up on the closing the VoiceEntry/translate window.

Though, it used to be that if I manually clicked over to the regular Chat window, and typed there—not in the VoiceEntry/translator—it would go back to common/regular chat.
