Ranger TWF Not Recognized By Weapon and Torch

I thought this would be a good style to use against trolls with my Monk/Ranger character; however, it doesn't seem like the fighting style recognizes a Ranger's Two Weapon Fighting feat. My character still receives the -2 AB penalty while fighting with a torch.
And while I'm at it, is Torch Fighting compatible with the Two Weapon Defense feat? There's no mention of it in the Weapon and Torch feat description, but I thought I'd check.
