I wanted to open a thread to thank Valefort, specifically, for all his bug squashing this past quarter.
When he joined the dev team a couple of months ago, he did so with his explicit purpose being to help put to bed some long-time bugs and to fix broken content. In less than sixty days he's done an enormous amount of work in this capacity.
This isn't easy work either. This is monotonous detail work that few people would describe as "fun." (Unless they were doing so sarcastically, like, "oh, yeah, have fun with that."
)
But Valefort has soldiered on through even the dullest of the dull, and, with QC's help, has polished up the server's content in a number of ways by doing this. He's also been responsible for a lot of the wiki content updates as well, and has overall just gone above and beyond for the place.
So I wanted to just share my thanks with him publicly (probably to his horror), and invite everyone else to do the same!
