Chain Shirt +1 disappeared on login

Yesterday, I have a Chain Shirt of +1 on my character, but now has no clothes whatsoever after l login in with my Bard Dash Armana. This is not the first time because both ,u original Chain Shirt and helmet disappeared when trying to change my appearance. I was forced to buy two new ones. Now I login in with no Chain Shirt +1 now missing.
