Hello there, just wondering if Epic Spell DC calculation on the server remains the same as default NWN2, or if epic CL bonuses (every 3 CL past 20) and spell foci actually apply now.

They remain the same as default NWN2.

Epic CL bonus does not apply.

Epic Spell DC is 10 (base, as usual) + 10 (spell level) +5 (epic spell bonus. FIXED.) + INT/CHA/WIS/whatever modifier, and Spellcasting Prodigy if you have it.

On this server, spell resistance and spell mantles will block your epic spells, so set them up accordingly (ie: quicken a breach, or even better, a flame arrow, and then cast the epic spell).

Spell Focus feats do not count, but Shadow Magic WILL add a +2 to it. If you pick Shadow Adept, definitely get Vampiric Feast...

I don't understand what you mean: CL does not affect mantles, that's spell level. With "lock" I assume you mean "warlock", which gets the usual, standard "+5" I described in the formula, just like any other caster with an Epic Spell (so 25 + CHA + Prodigy if you have it will be your DC).

Can confirm that SR blocks epic spells. Mantles however, don't.

Mass Fowl really is OP in PvP.

Unless something broke since march, you are mistaken.

Everything with a SR check is blocked by mantles. It's the same exact check.

And for the record, Flame Arrow can no longer be used as a mantle breach; the entire spell will expend 3 absorption points as it is supposed to. Thanks to Rasael for fixing that bug.

Thanks for the new bit of info.

However, this probably wasn't a bug: it wasn't an issue (been like that since NWN1, with zero complaints. At least, from competent people.), mantles don't exist in PnP so I don't see what's the point in "fixing" it. You're going to win and lose PvP exactly the same way as before. And this is a PvP change. So...it's like calling the "blue" "red" and vice versa, I guess?

With all that's broken, this wasn't exactly a "fix" I expected.

There is a lot of content on BG that is not official PnP, Does not its not subject to fixing and balancing. I have yet to see epic spells be blocked by mantles or SR, So i wonder if they do actually have a SR check.

I blocked countless epic spells with my mantles. Been blocking epic spells since 2011, until February 2016.

Here. On BG. Because in the original NWN 2 (and thus, in other PWs), this is not possible.

Even when the spell indicates "SR checks", it's not true, the script is dead.

BGTSCC fixed that.

Of course, it could possibly have been broken after February 2016, like many other things...but that's beside the point, aside from being good to know for people still playing.
