I've brought it up before, and often am told there is nothing that can be done about it. With the new DM Team I was hoping to bring it up again, because it continues to drive me nuts for some reason.
My understanding from research is what lazy Obsidian did is made it so the skin works off a base skin color, and just "Hightlights" over it with the selected skin color you put on your actual character. With the newer heads most especially, it only affects the head and not the body, the body is the actual skin color chosen.
What this is doing is creating a mismatch between Body Skin and skin shown on outfits, vs the head skin. Is there any way possible to go in and fix this, so that it's all base character skin color?

Re: Character Head and Body mismatch colors (Possible Fix)
The only way I know how to do this is to directly edit the character file using the Leto character editor.
Both Endelyon and myself are able to do this.
You need to tell us if you want the head color or the body color to be the color we make uniform though.
It does take some time and energy to edit characters like this, so I can't promise we'll get to it right away. But if you PM us a request, we're the ones who can do it for you.
