I have found found out that some feat is bug that have colddown so i found out that item with feats rebug the feat when use not all feat what i know is crossbow rebug the coldown bug but the belt with michief that have a feat fent but that on dont help it is only that you change weapon it dose so i think and many it is only weapon that have feat i hope there more then feat tha tcan help with you change but i need to know what item have feats tha tcan help us

Cooldowns are given their timers by the server but the client is ultimately responsible for the behavior of the cooldown, something we can't fix from a server side unfortunately.

you dont understand when i use any ablity feat that has a coldown on 6 sec as it ,it shall havent 5 hours time to colddown

dont transition while the timer is going. and resting will correct the timer for as long as you are on that same map.

For many of them, even if the timer is borked, you can activate them from the sub-menu you get by right clicking on a monster. This also resets the timer.

true but many new people dont know about tha tthis why i made this feat i worng if a range feat of bow ablite is bug as well?

I belive it get bug after a while most when we reach ober 48 player base
