Spell being dispelled when they shouldnt

I went through and fixed most spells that were dispelling incorrectly. Has anyone noticed any spells that are being dispelled when they shouldnt?

Looking only for dispells here, not durations

I will check today. As of yesterday True Seeing is still being dispelled at CL30 for me.

Sometimes when Flame weapon is dispelled it creates a bug where you can not re-cast it on a weapon until you either rest or re-equip the weapon and make the flame visual disappear. This can be problematic when dungeon diving but I do not think it is game breaking. Mainly since I can not recreate it with any consistency. Like Mass Epic heal it is random? Which is even more odd. Will keep an eye out for other things.

Does SR of the target work properly against dispel spells now?

Lorewise dispel is not subject to SR at all. So yes it works as close to lore as possible now. Dispel magic is not able to be resisted by anything but the CL of the spell that dispel is trying to strip.

Dispel magic spells have no SR check to my knowledge.

True seeing is indeed still being dispelled by dispel and higher.....thanks for trying!

I had my extended regeneration dispelled by trap dispell. I had plenty of other spells on too that were also definitely lower lvl but this was picked. My char is not lvl 30 but 24 so that could be it but then again why only that spell.

How high DC do traps have for dispell?

I encountered a "fatal" level dispel trap in the goblin caves outside Beregost.

CL 30 Bard - Displacement was dispelled, by greater dispell.

I've had these traps strip my characters of wards as well, they are nasty... my only question here is: Why aren't they for sale at the merchants?

How many buffs/wards/spells should the different 'levels' of dispell actually dispell.

I've had a chest in Hilltop, Gnolls and Goblins , drop a dispell on my toon, completely stripping all buffs. Abil Mod buffs / SR buff/ ImmDeath protections/ WeapBuffs. Basically anything that a typical self buff caster would cast to keep out of trouble.

The interesting thing is, the combat log only records one spell being selected for removal. Whilst all the spells actually get dispelled.

edit: just found out from another player, that these chest 'dispells' are breaches? is that why its removing all buffs?
