Mark Rune not useable

When divination is your opposing school when creating your character, you're not able to get Mark Rune in your spellbook, even if you changed your opposing spell school afterwards.
When changing your opposing school to something not-divinating, you're still unable to use the scroll, and won't get the cantrip at all...
Is there some way around this?
