Combat Focus Feats

Are there any plans to revisit these? Esp. Combat Strike, but also the rest?
For quite a while now, I have tried to come up with builds that benefit from them, but every time the possible alternatives offered by four free feats seemed much better - at least in theory. This was because
1) the Combat Focus feats switch on automatically when entering combat, have very short and unextendable duration, and (still) have a very long cooldown. This means they can't be reliably saved up for bosses but are likely to be wasted on lower level mobs and very short fights.
2) waiting for their cooldown to count down in areas with no spawns would still make any other buffs/rages run out, which further limits the usefulness of the feat line.
3) the first three Combat Focus feats don't add much for most builds (even the short-term regen during combat seems weaker than, say, Greater Resiliency, Toughness, or any +1 AC feat) and Combat Strike is of even shorter duration than the rest since it first needs to be switched on.
As it is, I can't imagine any build - apart from, perhaps, a very rare one that might benefit from knowing enemy health points - that benefits from the feat line.
If I'm wrong, it would be great if people could post some builds that do benefit from it - i.e. builds that haven't sacrificed clearly more useful feats in order to get them. I've never seen any.
If I'm right, maybe the feat line could be revised/improved/replaced with something more inviting?
I, for one, wouldn't think them overpowered with a 20 second cooldown. Or a fixed number of uses (e.g. 4x a day, 10+ WIS modifier rounds).
