Two melee tieflings (fullplate/unarmored)

Requesting two melee tiefling characters.
I'm only thinking about concepts, and I'm not sure if I'll invest into them. So only bother if you have free time.
Both non-magical and without heavy reliance on items.
Concept #1:
No armor, melee, two-handed weapon, preferably Warmace (it is x3 now, right?) or Greataxe.
Can be a feinter/bluffomancer.
Could have a basic rogue skill (like pickpocket), but this is not strictly necesary.
Concept #2:
Fullplate, preferably with a two-hander (greatsword or falchion).
Can have high intimidate.
Can have high concentration.
Monkey Grip + Towershiled okay.
Ideally should ahve 6 attacks per round at level 30.
Requirments/restrictions:
Ideas would be appreciated.

Requirments/restrictions:
- Tiefling.
- Lawful Evil or Neutral Evil.
- Int at least 14.
- Low cha okay.
- Low wis okay.
- Non-caster (basic umd okay, shouldn't rely on those), unless it is 3 or 4level warlock dip to get two 24 hour buffs.
- Durable in early levels.
- Should hold ground on its own without party.
- Assassin, Rogue, Dragon warrior, WoD okay, WM okay, but would rather not have Dragon Slayer levels.
- Should not rely on +4 items (I don't have those and probably won't ever get those).
Ideas would be appreciated.
