Bard Song changes

The following bard songs will work ( after the update(s) ) as described below:

fascinate song - 11 + 1/2 bard level + cha mod;

heaven song - 11 + 1/2 bard level + cha mod;

cloud mind - 14 + 1/2 bard level + cha mod;

Is this only Bard levels, or any/also PrCs that progress Bard Song?

It was typically 11+ perform/2, which meant absurd DCs.
