Server timing out

I've been trying to log in for three days now. I didn't have any problem on Monday, but now I just can't connect. I've tried the link in the red sentence above, but it doesn't seem to do anything for me. I've already had the IP address as an exception in my firewall, and it doesn't resolve the problem either.

Does the server appear in your browser list in NWN2, and when attempting to get server details, does it show anything?

not in the game list, but it does on the nwnlist

Download this tool and run it please. If both the ping test and query test succeeds, there's nothing else we can do on our end because the traffic passed from your machine to the BGTSCC host machine succeeded.

well, I don't know what was the problem, but it seems to have resolved itself.
