Unarmored swordsman redux

So after fiddling with some build ideas the last week or so, here's the two that I've come up with:

Fighter/Monk/Assassin

Fighter/Monk/Assassin/Duelist

Both builds have hips and expose weakness.

The first build gets 1 more AB, Steadfast Determination and Weapon Supremacy.

The second build gets 2 more AC, better saves, limited self-hasting.

Thoughts? Ideas to improve either build?t

Edit: the assassin levels are both for hips, and also to use certain items from Averuns that are assassin only. Also designed for +3 wis, int and dexter items which I have.

Too bad the Phantom doesn't give Evasion, you could take it instead of monk. Also, did you think about taking a few levels of Dervish? That's a really interesting light/unarmored class. :)

Tbh I never tried to play unarmored/monk builds, so I can't really help with that. :/

I pmd you by mistare.

The first has a ton of monk levels but the build won't be using monk weapons. For the second, I'd probably round out the build with dervish, but then there is no hips.

The third is interesting. Lots of feats into two weapon fighting so would be quite feat starved.

I KNOW RIGHT! I was playing with Phantom hybrids until I realized evasion was going to be a problem.

I read in the description that phantom gives evasion at lvl 12, is that wrong?

Yeah, but if you wanna take it instead of ~3 levels of monk, then it doesn't really help if phantom gives evasion at level 12. :)
