Cavalier question
Does the favored enemy bonus increase with each new favored enemy as it does with ranger?.

Yup, pretty sure it does. Just keep in mind there are significant problems with kit levels not persisting across resets, so don't be surprised if some things bug up with your kit advancement over time.
