Worshiped openly? Not sure. Frowned upon for sure. Preaching it in the city square? I would not. Pretty sure that is grounds for jail time and or banishing in BG.....Lawless North and Zhent lands? Sure preach on and worship on.

Meant to look it up myself, had found a talisman of Myrkul on the side of the road before ATing into Nashkel on one of my chars and was curious about it lol

- Public Preaching of Dogma, Rituals or Public Display of Symbols of the following Gods is severely punishable by up to banishment or death, as determined by judicial ruling: Bane, Bhaal, Loviatar, Malar, Myrkul, Shar and Talos. Judicial ruling resulting in execution, will be public and final (OOC: a perma-strike against convicted PC).

This is Duchal controlled lands. Baldurs gate and it charges. Amn I can not say. Lawless North and Zhent lands it is fine. Zhent lands are Banite in the first place.
