South of the Friendly Arm's Inn, slightly off the road; a small camp is set up, primitive in its design. At the campfire, sits a large, fully plated individual. Large of bulk and with plenty of interlocking plates to cover his race, features and face. Next to him sits a staff, oozing with foul smells and emanating with malice.
In front of the camp, is a small sign. It reads:
"Seeking Ring, Belt or Helmet with a third tier grade Strength enhancement upon it, name your price"
The large individual will sometimes leave his place, only to return later. Covered in the blood, grime and exploits of whatever foul deeds he and his weapon just performed.
