The description only says "silver" and it does not pass through devils damage reduction.

Most devils need silver and good to completely bypass their DR. An example of a way to achieve this is is by casting the "Align Weapon" spell on a silver weapon.

My "Alchemical silver" kama passes through the devil and pit fiends dam reduction fine. I assume the skyspear has the same problem, since it has only "silver" and not "alchemical silver" in the description, but have not tested.

You're right, the dagger was set to the wrong material. Checked the Skyspear and it was set to Alchemical Silver correctly, so that one at least should be working (unless the vendor version doesn't match the blueprint, let me know if you find otherwise).

The dagger blueprint should be fixed in the next update but you'll have to nudge a DM to get them to trade the item for a stock copy once it goes in.

Spectral Dagger has no damage

Staff of size Alterations has no charges

Fixed the Mace of Disruption and the Dagger of Defiance. The Spectral Dagger is intentionally set to no combat damage due to having an incorporeal blade. It will still correctly deal the +3 damage from the enhancement bonus and the 1d6 negative damage plus your ability score.

As far as the items with charges go, all of the blueprints I have show 50 charges on them for the stock version, so I'll try replacing whatever is on the vendor with those and seeing if it's just a blueprint mismatch. In the mean time you can recharge these items at the wand recharger for roughly the same extra cost you would have paid at the vendor had they come with the correct number of charges.

I bought a Mace of Disruption recently. It still says silver, rather than alchemical silver and it seems to be so because it did not penetrate vampire DR.

these are still being sold as silver not alchemical silver, are there background versions to swap for?
