my name is Snaz so now I use disguise tool to set my name to Snaz

yep, this happens if you are disguised when the server resets. I THINK a DM can fix it for you, but if not maybe they will grant you a full RCR to fix your PC? (But pretty sure they can just fix the name.)

If i rcrd id just experiment with my char build maybe or i dont know x.x as is i add a lot of damage so will make new mt later. The avernus shop is so amazing btw. Aygment healing gauntlets
