Fey Favored Soul Build

Thinking of RCR'ing to make this build. Checking for any glaring errors. Intent is to keep all the Fey Heritage Feats, while still being a useful EDM Favored Soul of Oghma.

• 15/cold iron
  Steadfast Determination + Slippery Mind
  Epic Divine Might + Divine Shield + Extra Turning
  Silent Spell, and Extend Spell
  Oghma, Luck and Chaos domains, and Ladies' Man to match Fey backgrounds

Also, not finding an actual guide on how the RCR process works here. I've heard about using persistent storage and disguise to item transfer, but what else is there to know?

if it were possible for you to end STR and CHA on 22 instead of 21 (or even one or the other) it would be nice so that you could make use of Bulls STR/Eagles Splender. Personally I would go CHA over STR in order to get an extra use of EDM as well as each use lasting a round longer and doing an extra point of damage.

You only need 30 Spellcraft and Tumble 16 is also not really needed. If you just need wands 11 modified CHA is enough So if we lower Tumble to 10, Spellcraft to 30 and UMD to 3 we gain a total of 6+3+12=21... So if you were to set INT to 10 you are a bit short with regard to getting all the skills you want. However, I see you took Silent spell which really is not needed. You could take Able Learner at level 1 and drop Silent Spell and then make INT and CON both 10, using those 3 points to increase CHA to 17. You could get an item (amulet) that grants the extra turning feat, so I would not waste an epic feat on that, another Great STR and you are even in both STR and CHA...

You already mentioned that you are aware the Fey feats hurt your build from epic feats perspective. My philosophy is if you know going in that you are taking a less optimized route there is nothing wrong with doing so. If I were you I would test in JEGS though and see what all those Fey feats actually do. If you can get away with taking 2 or 3 and it makes you look Fey-ish then that might benefit your build. I always try to let RP guide the build, but I still want to optimize performance as much as possible within the confines of the build itself.

With regard to RCR, you will need someone to hold your gold for you, so basically disguise the PC you are going to delete as an alternate PC, put all the stuff you want in their storage (make sure the name matches exactly, a good idea is to use a PC that already has something in storage so you can ensure you are in the right storage container and don't lose your stuff to the nether.) Next reset, go to the RCR sprite in the Nexus and confirm deletion of the character (AFTER GIVING YOUR GOLD TO SOMEONE FOR SAFEKEEPING). Then log back in with your new PC, collect your gold and go to the RCR bot to collect your XP (remember, after level 10 you do not get 100%) Finally, hop in game, disguise and collect what you need from storage.

Silent Spell allows use of extra castings, if I have available spells one level higher. It's there for utility reasons for spells that can not be extended (such as heal, and others). I also always take Silence as a spell, and use it to try and corner Bosses. Having Silent Spell allows me to still cast while in melee within my own silence effect.

The reason for ending on so many odd levels, is that I have a nice collection of +3 items for Str, Con, Dex, and Cha. It's true that 22 CHA would certainly be nice, and maybe I'd be willing to drop one fey feat for that bonus.

To clarify, I've been running a character very much like this for years. The major changes are 3 cleric levels for EDM + Shield... and losing Auto Silence 0-9.
