Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

This is a long time concept which I wanted to try out. It seeks to reach 38 Dexterity by going pure 30 levels of Ranger and utilizing Crossbow sniper Master for nifty +21 damage bonus.

I plan to do this by starting with 20 Dexterity, choosing 7 Dexterity points through leveling, and picking up 7 Great Dexterity Epic Feats in addition to Bane of Enemies (3 bonus Ranger feats and 5 epic regular feats).

Sadly, I would have to pass up on Blinding Speed, so I was wondering how can I mitigate this (namely, which items, if any, offer some good Haste bonuses?).

boots of speed, short sword of quickness and bracers of blinding strike. Not sure if there are any other item sources. If you'd like though you might befriend a Master Alchemist to gain a steady supply of potions as you can have them set the CL (though higher CL = higher cost).

I'd say your best bet would be to rely on boots/bracers and then just try and carry around a supply of potions for emergencies.
