Not exactly the quest but the quest giver, wasn't sure where to post please move this if it needs to be ty, anyways.

When you speak to him again and you haven't gotten the egg, he casts the teleport spell again but it doesn't actually take you anywhere. It does the effect and everything but nothing more. With his cunning smile per the dialog I'm pretty sure his intent to do that.

Could that be fixed?

Also if you don't pick the right response he says he's teleporting you but he doesn't...the scripts for his various conversation responses still show the visual, but only one response will actually cause you to teleport.

do you mean you stay in the exact same spot? because he use to just teleport you out of his face somewhere random in the city if you havent finished the quest

Yep, you're not moved at all. Ah city is odd, figured he would send you back into hostile territory.

Teleport if not taking the quest or returning not having completed it has ever been random (in destination) and possibly broken.

Making any minimal movement usually break the teleport attempt as well.

Completely stood still and nothing.
