Is it working on all counts? Especially the Epic Counterspelling feats?

The minor testing I did has counter spelling working but only using Dispels/Mords. No spell for spell counters. Never tested Improved/Reactive/Epic Counterspelling

It's been like that ever since the March Update last year. It used to work normally beforehand.

Well, that's a bummer.
So, can I ask:
1) anyone know WHY it doesn't work completely?
2) anyone know HOW it could be fixed?
3) anyone WILLING to fix it?
4) should the improved/reactive/epic feats get scrubbed from the Server, or at least, should I edit the Wiki to comment that one should not take these Feats atm?!?
