He then leaves rather hurriedly, and with a natural speed, out the front gate before the guards can react.

A ways outside the FAI near the campfire Gunjir is seen taking off his cloak.

"I'll trade my cloak for such a quarterstaff" He says grimly

If any passersby ask to inspect the cloak they will discover it holds the highest protection enchantment on it.
