Human and wood elf str versions

Elf (For keen senses, because running while in full detect mode is seriously under-rated vs hipsers, also gets 60 more HP but one less AC)

And then the elf version would have the same differences as the str build variations



I think what it comes down to is.... is 3 attacks per round and 1 more AB more valuable than 6 more damage per hit and 1 AC?

I'd like to hear your thoughts!



EDIT: Just thought of something .... with perfect two weapon fighting... would it even work the way I'm assuming with athkartlan trip whatever its called? Main hand would have 3 attacks and the off hand would have 6? or would it still only match the main hands attacks?

Id go for strong soul instead of luck of heroes (considering you take dodge anyway) but that is potato potatoe.

Tempest 5 and WD 3 - for one more ab and some feats.

What feats would I be getting from Tempest 5? oh the whirlwind jazz, I get one ab back from whirling dervish 4 and its pretty key to getting my UMD up but thanks for the suggestion.

However out of the builds posted ... even with the differences being insignificant.... which one would YOU pick if you were choosing one?

That would bring your AB to 44.

I think overall you will be happier with the STR version, personally. 17 DEX works perfectly with a mithral breastplate and +3 DEX item and Greater TWF is plenty. STR will allow for more damage, saves a feat from Weapon Finesse and allows you to carry more items.

Wood Elf is obviously the perfect race for this build due to both STR and DEX bonus, but race should really be about the RP you are going for.

Lmao woops can't believe I forgot to take wpn finesse in the dexversion. Thanks for catching that! And yes race wise it would be based on the rp I want though also a lil bit about those keen senses :p. This decision would be a lot easier to make if wood elves didn't get -2 to con and int . I was leaning towards the strength version myself for ease of carrying loot but I could be swayed if I knew for sure that with athkartlan trip whatever it's called I would have 3 with the main hand and 6 with the offhand but I think perfect two weapon fighting matches your off hand attacks to your main hand so the number of attacks would stay the same... correct assumption?

Pretty sure you'd still get 6 off hand attacks if I recall, but I haven't tested.

Anyone else know for certain if you would get 6 with the offhand while perfect two weapon fighting in athkartlan trip whatever it's called?
