A new death bug

So I have come across a most frustrating death bug, for one of my characters it seems whenever the server resets. I get sent to the fugue and myrkul takes XP away from me, now this wouldn't be a problem if I was dead when the server resets. Quite the opposite my character is alive and well each time, saved my character multiple times. Logged out in city zones like nashkel, soubar, baldurs gate etc.

Regardless its really annoying to have to spend XP every time I want to enter the game, plus it really puts a damper on the whole gaining levels thing. Has anyone else experienced this? Or is this a new bug?

I don't think it is new. What likely happened, and has happened to me, is that before it all started your character died (if not then it really is something else alltogether) and was raised or did the xp hit. However, your "this character is dead" token remained on your character. Then a reset happens and you are sent to the fugue again. Rinse and repeat.

DM needs to fix you or you'll keep on appearing in the fugue because the death tag is stuck and glued on your character.
