Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

I vaguely recall that Lizardmen on the mountain descent were a fun place to level. However, I really can't recall what character level range should go there.

If you can handle Hill Giants, Trollclaw Trolls, and Yetis... how does this Zone rate? I also vaguely remember the chief casting some mean spells. I beleive drown and maybe harm, but can't really remember.

Would you go there as a level 20 Divine caster?

Shaman cast Earthquake,drown, firestorm, stoneskin, cocoon of rejuvenation, meteor, and burst you with fire

Lizard warrior hits hard

Chieftain have two greater dispell, not sure of other spells.
once you enter, there will be one shaman, two warrior and one chieftain... sometimes two shaman

the cave is low epic and depends on your build if you can handle it at 21, you really dont want to go any sooner because of the xp shift - if i remember right i actually got less xp for being under 21 when i tried, the actual CR i think is 24-25ish

but yea this was with a 21 cleric/bg, the normal mobs werent too bad but the chief drops mords (unless it was finally removed with the revamp) so can be a pain if you just charge in

That area is mid epic? Wow, the underdark is much harder than this.

I don't recall it using Mords? I do remember the area being a challenge in a fun sort of way.

How about the Trollclaw Ogres? I also recall a lot of time there with those annoying monk golems. Would that be a good area for 20 until lizards?

I use to like the old mummy crypt in north/central Fields of the Dead. However, I certainly don't remember the cultists summoning dispel spamming warlock vampires... I had to quite literally run like heck just due to those. I have full caster levels too!

correction, lizard chieftain cast two lesser spell breach..

Golem troll is decent for lvl 20..bring 3 people to be safe..(same as the fields of the dead crypt..bring 3 people)
