Bear warrior questions for a friend

I wan't to make a build that is Barbarian/Fighter Battle Rager and Bear Warrior

Is there an RP reason I cannot do this?

Does the 30ac Base in the Final Bear form include the 7ac Natural bonus or would I be at 37AC Naked while shifted?

Will the Fast Healing and Epic DR feats work in Bear form?

Quick AC Calc with endgame gear?

30ac base + 7 Natural + 4 Dodge (boots) + 4 Deflection (cloak) + 2 Shield (1/2 of Shield EB)
equals 46? would the Battlerager 2AC Stack as well making it 48?

No it's totally fine.

37 AC Naked while shifted.

Yep.

Dodge does not transfer if I remember correctly but the armor enchantment does, also you have tumble and DEX to AC.
