Do I count if I did this earlier? I deleted Hoihe and started her over from level 1 last august. Only muled over 2 items that are RP critical.

Couldn't you just...like...log in with a different name, make a character from scratch, and not mule?

I have never had a mule in 7 years, myself...

I don't use Alt accounts, I am who I am, do what I do and say what I say. Tbh though it was also for temptation removal, I just don't think I could resist if one of my PC's had a powerful item(s) that another could use to start up with.

Just one month shy of a year I perform my second complete vault wipe (delete all characters, all XP, all items, all gold). Last time I did this, after the death of my first character Boris Vyacheslav, I personally found it very refreshing and helpful to bond with a new character (Anthem Arnemeiger). Looking forward to rediscovering the server once more, and meeting many new characters and players!

I just came back to the server, vault still empty. Rolled up a new toon, 1000-gp to his name, and strangely enjoying being pounded by CR1 mobs that actually pose a risk.

Also when I built up to 2k and started thinking hmm, shall I buy that 1 AC deflection item from the store? Nah, one more trek through the sewers first and BOOM! A mob drops a +1 ac helm. It was like finding an epic item

Just goes to show fun is always relative, no matter the scales you climb or how high you climb them.

There's a great passage in Moby (person) where he bemoans the luxury of a warm fire in your bedroom at night, robbing you of that marvellous feeling of warmth felt on a cold night when you dive under the blankets and curl up to get warm.

Muling is like that. Nothing wrong with it, it just robs you of some simple pleasures and of truly feeling the benefits of a fresh start.

Be brave, swipe the wipe across your vault, its only pixels.
