Calishite wizard dressed in red can be rarely seen leaving a note by Mudd's stall.
"I've come to posses item or two I find no need for. Should anything be of interest, feel free to contact me with an offer.
Staves and other interesting objects of arcane nature do take priority when it comes to trading, but I'm willing to entertain any offers for both trade and gold.
First interested party to reach me with offer I deem acceptable will be granted item in question.
-A silver sickle that addles the mind
(Sickle, alchemical silver, +1 bludgeoning dmg, on hit: 5% DC 14 confusion/5 rounds
-Gloves that addle the mind
(Gloves, on hit: 50% DC 14 confusion/1 round)
-Ilmaskari Shield
(Tower shield, +2 AC, SR 20)

Gaven glances over the note pinned to the stall. He would look around for the one who left it if not found he would contact the one by letter, the writing a heavy caliigraphy, the parchment is enclosed by a single red string

I have ownership of an item called the Book of Waves, a magical book.

Would it be of interest? Else I will require more specification of what you seek towards items of an Arcane Nature. If the book is of interest dictate a meeting place, and if not I do wish to work some sort of barter between us.

This time, a nervous looking fire mephit is sent to seek out Gaven.
"Greetings, mister Gaven. My master, exalted arcanist Viktor yn Habbar el Nerak of Calimshan, has sent me to discuss your offer.
I'm to inform you, that due to uncertainities pertaining limited use nature of the time, my master is willing to offer blade discussed to you for the book in addition to nominal sum of 10000 gold. If this offer is found unacceptable by you, you're to leave with me list of what you would be willing to offer for the blade, in either objects of trade or in coin"
*the mephit seems confused at most of what it's saying, clearly repeating practiced message and probably mangling half the words*

Gaven grimaced slightly at the sight of the Mephit and would roll a shoulder as he listened to it giving a nod.
"I can work with that, tell Viktor we have an accord. Give me a place and time for meeting."

"You'll be able to find my master at the Friendly Arms Inn. He often stops by there on his travels, so you may approach him when you're able."
((OOC: I can be usually found online on mon-thu around 7-10 pm GMT, as well as occasionally around 5-7 am GMT, so these are best times for meeting. Send a tell IG and I'll drop by FAI.
