Background:From the Dwarven settlement of Settlestone Toirin Bluntbeard was raised to be a warrior in his family. His father Torbit Bluntbeard would always tell him stories of lost dwarven cities and their halls of glittering metal and of valiant battles fought to protect their homes. Because of this he grew up wanting to be a warrior. During his early childhood however a fight broke out between him and a few other dwarven children and he wound up critically injuring many of them before his father was able to get him off of them. It was only then that they learned Toirin was what was known as a Berserker. From then on he was sent to train in solitary to both learn to control his rage and at the same time keep him safe from not only the other dwarven families but from himself as well. The place he was sent to was to a Bear warrior who lived in isolation nearby name Dulgar Silverfist. During his time with Dulgar he learned to control his rage and channel it when he was in combat. He also learned how to track both animals and other beasts as well as how to smell his quarry. Because of this his sense of smell sight and hearing were all enhanced from his years of training. after he completed his training under Dulgar he returned home only to find that his clan had been shamed and that neither he nor his brother were welcome among the family any longer. Because of this he left Settlestone for good and went in search of his brother. Several years went by as Toirin searched for his brother following every lead he could to find his brother. Some proved to be pointing in the right direction...Others seemed to be nothing more than idiot's attempting to rob him of what little coin he held. Finally in the year of 1353 Toirin finally came to Baldur's Gate and heard tales of a Dwarven warrior that would go into a frenzy and leave a trail of destruction in his wake. Following these rumour's Toirin finally found his brother Bellegar Bluntbeard hanging around the Friendly Arm Inn. The brother's finally reunited have planned to make a name for themselves and restore honor to their family. Perhaps even going so far as to make a new branch of the Bluntbeard clan in this area. (So starts Toirin on this server.)

A few weeks after coming to this area Toirin and his brother along with a bard by the name of Faelyn Naedithas, and an elven woman by the name of Arelia Nightstar, Stumbled upon two large creatures. Both appeared to be ogre's of some kind but both were slightly larger and seemed to radiate with magic. They attacked a knight on the road whom told the group to go get the guards of candlekeep. After doing so they returned to find that one of the ogre's had escaped. The group was joined by a human named Quade. They then took it upon themselves to track down the ogre. After a while of hunting down the ogre they found it in a forest clearing near the coast with a woman held captive. They found out that the creature was not only intelligent but also seemed to have been forced into it's current form by some strange magic. After a while it seemed they might have been able to come to an agreement with the ogre. Unfortuneately come sunrise the ogre went berserk forcing the group to kill it. Toirin then decided that he would do what ever it took to get to the bottom of this incident to try and make sure that no other innocents would be harmed due to the foul magic that made these creatures.
