Background: Now how did the story of our gnomiests of gnomes begin.
Well to be perfectly frank it all started with his parents Grunhilda Gnarlfoot and the dashing rouge Bronkel Sprinkeldust meeting and doing the old… ehm… innhouse tussle... hrrm, anyways this is how the most famusests of gnomes came to be.
Of course his childhood was one of magnificence..iest or ing hmm, no matter, he was the best in his class of mechanics for children (and was not shy to admit such), when this later led to him apprenticing at the ripe young age of 14 at a mechanics workshop he was beyond ecstatic and he quickly proved that he was the bestiest at just about everything (especially at blowing up the different builds and tools that belonged to the workshop).
After exploding his way through apprenticeship, he left, by his own accord… not because anyone told him to GET OUT!!! Nope it was his choice not anyone else’s… anyways, he found his way to a Temple of Gond in which he saw great opportunity to prove himself the intelligentiest of all by becoming the greatest Techsmith ever… greatiest.

Goals: Hoping to gain the secrets of the Techsmiths craft as well as to gain the title of “The Greatiest Inventor of all time” if just to prove to everyone else that he is in fact the intelligentiest that there is (even if that is only true in his own mind).

Possible Plot-Hook Ideas and Misc Facts: He actually isn’t that pious and only worships Gond to gain access to the elusive ranks of the techsmiths, if another cleric of higher rank found out about this then it might be appropriate to send Reeggar on a pilgrimage, he just loves to see things explode especially if the thing was mean to him earlier.
