Cant download campaign.cam

I was finally able to obtain a cdkey for the game and now im encountering this

Just place it in your Documents/Neverwinter Nights 2/Campaigns/BG folder.

Okay after placing the file you said in the BG folder, upon connecting to the server I get this.

Try again, if you haven't already? It may have been in the middle of a reset if it was asking for a password.
