Pious Templar has old Lore req

Title says it. Like is this meant to not be available? I mean, no one else noticed you can't take it at all because no one was taking it I suppose. But I was kind of wanting to try it on my new lowby. I have the useless feat, 5 in religion lore and arcana lore and the base attack bonus 5. Can't take it still.
Easy to fix/hard to fix? Is it meant to not be taken? Should I wait for reset and reroll?
