Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

Hi there,

It is from some days that i am experiencing a minor but annoying issue.
Whit one of my character whenever he runs i always got a little lag or delay, like if he starts every time few steps earlier, causing a lot of shaking in the visual and being very annoying.

If i set the strategy mode visual, i clearly see him running and as soon as i click on another point to move further it is like he teleport back of few steps and continue running to the new point.
Anyway if i walk instead of running it is all fine.

This only happens with this character that is an elf, so it is a bit shorter than my humans character that instead run smoothly. I will test on one dwarf character anyway, to see if it could be related to the size of the character.

Any advice?

Are you using Skywings Client Extension?

if you are, you could try turning off predictive pathing by typing:

/mpredict

in the console window and pressing enter.

If you would like to have the game apply that command (or some other commands) automatically each time that it's run, you can create a text file called "autocmds.txt" and place it in your "C:\Users\{username}\Neverwinter Nights 2\" folder

It will go away on its own after a day or two... i get this issue now and then and it always resolves in time.
