Ok so from the things i have confirmed at the moment:

1) it gets +1 AB and AC for being a Large creature - even if in reality is small or medium - because he uses the iron golem model - i propose he gets a feat or upgrade in the stats (both versions) that negate this decrease or if its easy change the sizes

2) he should have 23HD - 10 from Techsmith level + 10 from lvl 30 character divided by 3 + 3 added per description of the class; currently on a lvl 30 character (20 wizard/10 techsmith) the Gondsman is only a lvl 20 creature as per his character sheet, so either his HD is different from level or he is not getting the +3 bonus - i checked in his max HP he gets 260HP which would be ok if he has 20levels*10HP + added 60 HP for 14 CON - so in this case he is missing HP as a 23HD creature

large: -1 AB -1 AC +4 vs knockdown, can use large weapons 1handed
medium: +0 AB +0 AC +0 vs knockdown
small: +1 AB +1 AC -4 vs knockdown, cant use large weapons such as greatsword or scythe
