Suggestion: Make related languages somewhat intelligible

After an awkward RP encounter earlier I thought it would be really nice if related languages (e.g. Chondathan and Cormanthen, Illuskan and Bothii) had some degree of mutual intelligibility. As it stands, the speakers cannot even recognise the different dialects, let alone understand them. Is it possible to make every third word understood by speakers of related languages, for instance?

One more thing: While I love the diversity of languages available it often doesn't make sense that a PC can't even identify which language is being spoken, even if they can't understand the words. To cite RL - I can identify a lot more languages than I can speak, from working in tourist cities and travelling a fair bit - and most of our toons are wanderers of some sort. I know this can be worked out with a lore:geography roll and/or appropriate RP, but it would be really nice if it was seamless.

Honestly, I think this is a great idea. The way I'd do it is simply remove the "gibberish" and add a line of "Says something in _____" for related languages.

This also would be a good time to update the spoken languages to include the full FR list of regional languages. Quite a few are missing, including ones spoken by whole regions and nations.
