Soliciting a new RP group and campaign

Hello,
It has been months—sadly—since I've used Party chat.
With a number of recent RP plans falling through because of disappearing players/lack of DM support/difficult timezone config./etc etc, I desire to start up a new group or campaign for adventuring and character development.
But what I realize is absolutely necessary for me, personally, to make this happen, is to have similar online play times, and timezone, unless RL lifestyle accommodates.
So the timeframe for this campaign group would be 20:00–24:00 GMT+0, Monday through Friday, and probably also Saturdays and Sundays. Though I myself can rarely be online for more than 2 hours at a time, this window is my golden gaming window, and I'm hoping there are others in that window that want to start something new and something more or less long term (and not necessarily and alt, though I'm not demanding anything here). Regularity is key. And even though I myself cannot be online each and every day, the hope is that others are online, and the story lives, organically.
The base line for starting this, for me, is either:
And for me to use Party chat!!
My initial thoughts are to let this campaign group be a Neutrally motivated adventure group, at first. Members could be of any alignment—as they usually are—but we'd all agree that there is the OOC motivation to "stay together," thus, there should be some IC "glue" that holds the group together. It could be anything from: see the security in numbers to had a similar vision and are working to solve it to similar background to there-is-no-one-else-in-our-level-range-so-lets-keep-it-together.
There would be no restrictions, either—though if one wanted to speed level outside the group, you'd probably end up leaving sooner than later. Any individual could make their own affiliations with other factions/guilds, but still keep this group and campaign together. No restrictions on twinking, if you need that. RP is wide open, as long as that OOC "glue" of sticking together, is there—having RP about conflicts of interest all-the-time within the group, is NOT the goal! lol.
The point is to have regular sessions, regular growth, regular character development, in place of, as I see it now, a more random "interaction" one finds just walking the Server at odd times. This group can tavern/campfire chat, grind dungeons, whatever. Even if its an hour at a time, some of us jump online and off, etc.
But the main idea is to know that characters that are important to our character, are online and capable of sharing the IG experience and interest, of this group/campaign.
Feel free to ask questions or post here, if you want more info, or to give out ideas.
Cheers

- 1) a Level 1–3 toon on the Surface. Or...
2) a Level 6–9 toon in the UD.
