Hell Shop Location

Could anybody show me or atleast tell where exactly is said shop?
I went to Avernus today but all I've found was 2 caves and the trip wasn't exactly a piece of cake for me.

Heya.
The trip is not a piece of cake for anyone unless you can invis/sanct all the way solo.
Normally requires 2-3 epics.
Might I recommend you contact some of the traders/merchants who go there frequently? Shekels is one, many others do, but he does it publicly.

I did contact him, but got ignored. Thus I'd rather know the way myself than rely on third party to get me the goods.

Meet the Balor, get the quest, and enter a newly opened passage to the hell shop..might encounter some monsters on the way to hell shop after that.. dont forget the Avernus boss after that

When exactly did Balors change so much?
I always thought they were horrifying creatures?

Hit that AFK tag like a boss and leg it.. the place the shop, the quest the entirety of the place makes no sense, noone would ever go there from an immersion point of view and noone would ever buy something and return to talk about it.
So just take it for what it is and enjoy that gold sink
